Natalia Novas-McCullough has a twenty plus year tenure providing professional services in Health Care, Business and Education. Natalia has served as a clinician, constituent advocate, college professor and public servant. The common thread of her professional experience is the pursuit of providing resources and employing stalwart performance to the task. She is working with the Hudson County Schools of Technology in the Department of Career Technical Education supporting district wide initiatives in Career Planning & Development, Post Secondary Education and the Community Resource Center among others.

The multifaceted career path availed Natalia the opportunity to develop vital skills to establish strong partnerships and be an active participant of the community. She takes great pride in executing assignments with vigor and professionalism to support positive development for all involved. Natalia attended Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport and attained a Masters in Organizational Management with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. She currently serves on the North Hudson Rotary Club’s Board of Directors, Treasurer and Recording Secretary to the Community Networking Association of New Jersey, North Hudson Community Action Corporation Head Start Policy Council and the Hudson County School of Technology Foundation Advisory Board.

Natalia values quality time with family, entertaining at home and cultivating her appreciation of art and culture. She resides in Bayonne, New Jersey with her husband Eric and daughter Sofia.
