Tamour Kousha - HCST Foundation Treasurer
Tamour Kousha Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Tamour Kousha currently serves as EVP and Chief Financial Officer for Liberty Science Center (LSC), a non-profit interactive science museum and learning center located in Jersey City, New Jersey. Tamour joined LSC as CFO in July, 2018 and is an integral member of the leadership team, helping to ensure the continued growth and financial health of the Center. In addition to his day-to-day stewardship of LSC's fiscal affairs, Tamour serves as project lead in the planning and development of a transformational project to create SciTech Scity, an ambitious effort to expand LSC to include an innovation hub, public STEM high school and residential housing.
Prior to joining LSC, Tamour served for 8 years as Controller and then CFO at New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC), a non-profit community development and social service agency based in Paterson, New Jersey. Tamour also served on the Board of Trustees for the Community Charter School of Paterson, a 900 student charter school founded by NJCDC. During his 10 years as a trustee Tamour served as chair of the Finance & Facilities committee. Prior to joining NJCDC, Tamour started his career in public accounting as an auditor with Sax, LLP (formerly Sax, Macy Fromm).
Tamour graduated from Montclair State University with a BS in Accounting. He resides in Bloomfield, New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
